Faraday Ozone is looking for a commercially aggressive Business Development Manager to build and grow our Ozone Solutions to solve the most challenging problems in the industry.

The mission is straightforward:

Build relationships → create opportunities → get Faraday specified → win projects → close orders.

About the Role
You will be responsible for developing Faraday’s business with:
• EPC companies
• Water & wastewater contractors
• STP/ETP system integrators
• Engineering consultants
• Municipal contractors
• Industrial customers
• OEMs & technology partners
You will work closely with Faraday’s application engineering and technical teams to sell ozone-based solutions, not simply equipment.

What You Will Do
? Build a strong EPC & contractor network across India
? Identify upcoming STP, ETP, industrial water and wastewater projects
? Get Faraday OB-Series specified into projects
? Develop and manage a high-value sales pipeline
? Lead technical-commercial discussions
? Prepare and negotiate proposals




? Drive opportunities from first meeting to Purchase Order
? Develop strategic accounts and channel partners
? Build repeat business from the installed base
? Provide market intelligence on competitors, pricing and opportunities
Who We Are Looking For

We want a hunter, not an order coordinator.

You should have:

• 8–15 years of B2B industrial sales/business development experience
• Strong exposure to water/wastewater, EPC, environmental engineering, process equipment or industrial technology
• Existing relationships with EPCs, contractors and consultants will be a major advantage
• Proven ability to close large technical projects
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Ability to understand technical solutions and communicate commercial value
• Willingness to travel extensively across India
• Strong CRM and pipeline management discipline
