Role Purpose
We are looking for a highly execution-driven Marketing Operations & Growth Manager to take complete ownership of our centralized marketing operation.
This is not a coordination-only position.
The person hired will be accountable for converting business goals into marketing plans, managing the marketing team, ensuring campaigns are executed on time, measuring results, improving performance, and ultimately ensuring that the marketing department produces measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities




Take end-to-end ownership of marketing performance and project success
Convert management's business objectives into actionable marketing plans
Build weekly, monthly and quarterly marketing calendars
Lead and manage the 4-person marketing execution team
Assign responsibilities, establish deadlines and follow through until completion
Manage multiple campaigns and business accounts simultaneously
Ensure consistent execution across website, social media, SEO, PPC, content, CRM and creative
Review and approve content, advertisements and campaigns before launch
Coordinate with U.S. and international stakeholders
Understand local-market requirements before directing campaigns
Establish KPIs for every campaign
Monitor marketing spend and ROI
Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective action
Track competitors and identify growth opportunities
Manage external vendors where required
