Role Description The Professional Coach is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role focuses on coaching individuals and teams to improve performance, build capabilities, and achieve professional goals aligned with client and organizational objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one and group coaching sessions, facilitating workshops, and designing coaching plans tailored to different roles and skill levels. The Professional Coach will assess developmental needs, track progress, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to integrate coaching outcomes into broader talent and performance strategies. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring confidentiality, and continuously refining coaching methods based on feedback and best practices.
Qualifications
Strong coaching and facilitation capabilities, including experience delivering one-on-one and group coaching, conducting workshops, and guiding goal-setting and action planning.
Excellent interpersonal, communication,



and listening skills, with the ability to build trust, handle sensitive conversations, and provide transparent, constructive feedback.
Demonstrated ability in performance development and career coaching, such as helping professionals identify strengths, address skill gaps, and create growth plans.
Experience working in corporate or consulting environments, preferably within technology or IT services organizations.
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, human resources, business, or a related field; relevant coaching certifications (e.g., ICF or equivalent) are highly beneficial.
Strong organizational and documentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple coaching engagements and track progress against defined outcomes.
Comfort working on-site in Hyderabad, collaborating with diverse teams and adapting coaching styles to different functions and levels.
