About the Role
We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to help build Pactium’s sales pipeline and customer base. You’ll identify and engage prospective customers, build relationships with decision-makers, and help introduce Pactium to organizations looking to rethink how contract work gets done.

What You’ll Do
Identify and research new business opportunities across target markets.
Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting, research, and relationship-building.
Engage with legal, procurement, commercial, and business leaders to understand their challenges and introduce relevant solutions.
Conduct discovery calls, meetings, product presentations, and follow-ups with prospective customers.
Manage opportunities through the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records of activities and prospects.
Track market developments, customer needs,



and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and improve our approach.

What We’re Looking For
Solid communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage confidently with prospective clients and decision-makers.
A proactive, self-driven approach to identifying opportunities, prospecting, and building a sales pipeline.
Hands-on experience with prospecting and sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRM platforms, and email outreach tools.
Ability to research prospects, understand their business challenges, identify relevant opportunities, and tailor outreach accordingly.
Ability to conduct discovery conversations, present solutions clearly, handle objections, and move prospects through the sales process.
Strong commercial thinking and an understanding of B2B sales and business development.
Ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities while maintaining accurate follow-ups a
