Role Description The Social Media Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Aligarh. This position is responsible for planning, executing, and managing social media campaigns across platforms to build brand awareness and drive engagement for MASTERPIECE JEWELLERY. Day-to-day tasks include developing and scheduling content calendars, creating and curating posts, monitoring social media channels, responding to comments and messages, and optimizing content based on performance metrics.



The role also involves collaborating with design and product teams to showcase new collections, running paid social campaigns, analyzing results, and preparing regular performance reports to support overall digital marketing objectives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage campaigns and grow brand presence across platforms.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to create transparent messaging and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan, organize, and align social content with brand and marketing goals.
Candidates should possess Digital Marketing skills to integrate social media efforts with broader online marketing initiatives.
Experience with social media analytics tools, basic graphic design or video editing, and familiarity with jewelry, fashion, or luxury goods markets is beneficial.
