Exp:8+ Years
Location: Any TCS location in INDIA (WFO)
Max Budget: 24 LPA

Core Technical Skills
1. Amazon Connect Development 8+ years (Amazon Connect, Lex, Polly, etc.)
o Experience designing and deploying voice workflows using Amazon Connect.
o Integration with Lex for conversational AI and Polly for text-to-speech.
o Custom contact flows, Lambda integrations, and real-time analytics.
2. AWS Expertise (10+ years)
o Deep understanding of core AWS services: Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFormation,



IAM, CloudWatch, etc.
o Experience with serverless architecture and microservices.
o Strong grasp of security best practices and cost optimization.
3. Telephony & Contact Centre Applications
o Knowledge of SIP, VoIP, IVR systems, and CTI integrations.
o Experience with call routing, queue management, and real-time dashboards.
o Familiarity with legacy systems and migration strategies to cloud-based platforms.
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience and Architecting Amazon Connect and related voice services.
• Minimum 10 years of experience working with AWS in a qualified setting.
• Demonstrated experience with telephony systems and contact centre technologies.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor team members.
