Job Description
We are looking for a Site Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Retail and Commercial Interior Execution to join our project team in Bangalore.
The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site execution, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring quality standards, planning material requirements, and delivering the project within the agreed timeline and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise day-to-day interior execution activities at project sites.
Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Plan and monitor site activities to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Coordinate with clients, project managers, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
Prepare quantity calculations, measurements, and material requirements.




Plan and coordinate timely procurement of materials to avoid delays in execution.
Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
Check workmanship and ensure proper quality of civil, carpentry, flooring, ceiling, painting, glazing, and other interior works.
Read and understand architectural, civil, MEP, and interior drawings.
Coordinate with subcontractors and manpower teams for smooth execution.
Monitor daily progress and prepare site progress reports.
Identify site-level issues and coordinate with the project team for timely resolution.
Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices at the project site.
Support measurement, billing, snag rectification, and project handover activities.
Ensure the project is completed within the scheduled timeline and required quality standards.
Required Skills
