? About the Opportunity
You'll be joining a creative, design-forward team with a strong foothold in interior design. As our Architect, you will work directly with leadership, take ownership of architectural projects, and play a key role in shaping the firm's next chapter.

? Key Responsibilities
• Lead architectural space planning for residential, commercial & mixed-use projects
• Develop floor plans, sections, elevations, and concept layouts
• Bridge the gap between interior design and architecture on integrated projects
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, bylaws, and safety norms
• Liaise with clients, consultants, PMC, and contractors
• Establish architectural processes and standards for the firm
• Mentor junior designers as the team grows

? What We're Looking For




• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (COA registered preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience in architectural design and space planning
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite
• Strong understanding of construction documentation and site execution
• Collaborative mindset — you'll work closely with our interior design team
• Portfolio demonstrating spatial design and planning projects required
