Medoc Life is seeking a motivated and results-driven FMCG Sales Officer to drive sales growth and market expansion across North Goa, including Panaji, Mapusa, Calangute, Porvorim, Bicholim and surrounding territories and beach belts.

The candidate will manage distributor relationships, retailer onboarding, primary and secondary sales, collections, and market visibility for our wellness portfolio, including Huina Melatonin (6mg & 10mg), Moringa Honey, Pure Moringa Powder, Pure Amla Powder and Biotin Supplements.

Key responsibilities include executing daily beat plans, achieving sales targets, appointing and coordinating with distributors, adding new retail outlets, securing shelf visibility and POSM placement,



conducting retailer/product briefings, monitoring inventory, collecting payments, and submitting daily sales and market reports.

Candidates should have 1–4 years of field sales experience in FMCG, OTC, Ayurvedic or nutraceutical products, graduate-level education, strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, and good knowledge of the North Goa market. A valid two-wheeler license and personal vehicle are mandatory.

Fluency in Konkani, Hindi and English is required; Marathi is an advantage. Performance will be measured through sales achievement, outlet additions, SKU distribution, collections and distributor performance.
