The role
We're looking for a genuinely creative Communications Designer who can communicate an idea across whatever format the moment calls for - a brochure, a social post, or a short video. The format is just the tool. What we actually care about is the ability to understand our user, meet them where they are, and get the point across in a way that lands.

You'll turn ideas, research, and product updates into explicit, resonant, on-brand content that people actually stop and engage with.



Sometimes that's a beautifully laid-out one-pager; sometimes it's a 15-second reel; sometimes it's a carousel that reframes how someone thinks about their own Brain Health. The medium changes - the job of communicating clearly and relevantly does not.

In this role, you will be required to speak to stakeholders - doctors & patients - to design content that resonates with the intended audience.

This is a builder's role. You'll work closely with the founding team and shape the voice of a growing Brain health brand. Design and social skills are the core of the job; video is a meaningful part but doesn't require film-school polish — clean, thumb-stopping short-form is what we need.

What you'll do
Social media content: Design and produce a steady stream of posts, carousels, and graphics for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels — and help maintain a consistent content calendar.
