Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Kolkata. The Sales Representative will engage with prospective and existing customers, understand their energy needs, and recommend suitable solutions such as solar panels, batteries, air conditioning, heat pumps, EV chargers, and water purification systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, conducting product presentations and site visits,



preparing and following up on quotations, and closing sales in line with company targets. The role also involves coordinating with technical and installation teams, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, and providing clear information on rebates, warranties, and after-sales support. The Sales Representative will be expected to build strong customer relationships, represent the brand professionally, and contribute to local market growth.
Qualifications
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to explain technical products in simple, customer-friendly terms.
Experience in field sales or retail sales, preferably in solar, HVAC, electrical, or other consumer energy solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening and clear, confident presentation abilities.
