About Us

Growth Loops Technology is a 43-member AI engineering company headquartered in Kolkata with a newly established presence in Bengaluru. We build AI-powered products, MVPs, and enterprise solutions for clients across healthcare, fintech, and SaaS — using LLMs, agentic AI, RAG, and up-to-date development tools.

The Role

We're looking for a BD professional in Bengaluru who can own the sales pipeline end-to-end — from identifying prospects to closing signed contracts. This is not a lead-gen-only role. We need someone who has closed deals in IT services, knows how to navigate technical conversations, and can represent GLT in client meetings with CTOs and founders.

What you'll do:
→ Identify and pursue AI/software development opportunities in Bengaluru's startup and enterprise ecosystem
→ Run the full sales cycle — prospecting, first meeting, proposal, negotiation, close
→ Attend tech meetups, conferences, and networking events as the face of GLT in Bengaluru




→ Partner with our delivery team in Kolkata to scope projects and build proposals
→ Build relationships with design agencies, product studios, and non-AI dev shops for referral partnerships
→ Target recently funded startups and mid-market companies needing AI capabilities

You should have:
→ 4-8 years in BD/sales at an IT services, software development, or AI/ML company
→ Proven track record of closing deals — not just generating leads (share numbers, we'll ask)
→ Ability to hold a technical conversation with a CTO — you don't need to code, but you need to understand LLMs, APIs, cloud architecture at a conceptual level
→ Existing network in Bengaluru's tech/startup ecosystem is a strong plus
→ Experience selling services in the ₹10L-1Cr deal range
→ Self-starter who can operate independently — you'll be our first Bengaluru BD hire
