Role Summary
The Sales Coordinator – Domestic Sales will support the Domestic Sales team by managing quotation preparation, customer follow-ups, and sales documentation. Reporting to the Domestic Sales Head, this role is central to reducing customer response time and ensuring a smooth flow of information between customers, the sales team, and internal departments such as Design, Production, Purchase,



and Accounts.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional with solid coordination skills who can manage multiple inquiries at once, maintain accurate records, and keep the sales process moving without delay. This is an execution-focused role that requires discipline, responsiveness, and close collaboration with Sales Engineers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Quotation Preparation & Coordination
Prepare, review, and submit techno-commercial quotations to customers in coordination with the sales team.
Coordinate with Sales Engineers to obtain technical information and ensure timely quotation submission.
Ensure all sales documentation is complete, accurate, and properly archived.
Customer Follow-up & Communication
Follow up with customers through email and telephone for quotations, pending requirements, and order status.
Respond promptly to customer qu
