We are expanding our presence in Bengaluru and Patna, Also looking for a high-performing Sales & Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth initiatives.

Position Summary
The Sales & Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating qualified leads, converting prospects into projects, and building strategic partnerships within the real estate and interior ecosystem. The role requires strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with design and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities'
A. Sales & Revenue GenerationAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by management.
Generate new leads through networking, referrals, channel partners,



digital inquiries, and field activities.
Conduct client meetings, requirement analysis, and site visits.
Prepare proposals, quotations, BOQs, and presentations in coordination with the design team.
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals profitably.
Ensure timely collection of advance payments and payment follow-ups.
B. Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, retail, and corporate segments.
Establish partnerships with builders, developers, architects, real estate agents, and channel partners.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities.
Develop strategic plans to increase brand presence and market share in Bengaluru.
C. Client Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with recent and existing clients.
Ensure seamless handover of projects to the design and execution teams post-clos
