Role Description The Relationship Manager (Real Estate Sales) will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to property tours, negotiation, and closing. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining a solid client portfolio, understanding client requirements, recommending suitable properties, and coordinating with internal teams and developers to ensure smooth transactions. The role involves regular on-site client meetings, property visits, and participation in sales events and promotional activities.



This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring close collaboration with local stakeholders and adherence to company sales processes and service standards.
Qualifications
Strong client relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
Sales and negotiation skills relevant to real estate transactions, including closing deals and achieving sales targets.
Knowledge of real estate sales processes, documentation, and local property market dynamics (Bengaluru market exposure is preferred).
Effective communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English; additional local language skills are an advantage.
Ability to work on-site, manage multiple client interactions, and handle field activities such as property inspections and site visits.
