Role Description The Ai-Enabled Growth, Sales and Customer Experience Executive role at Pluto is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for driving customer acquisition and retention by leveraging AI-driven tools and insights to identify leads, optimize sales funnels,



and improve rider and partner experiences. The Executive will manage end-to-end sales activities, including prospecting, conducting consultations with residential communities and corporate partners, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth onboarding. On a day-to-day basis, the role involves monitoring customer journeys, analyzing operational and behavioral data, collaborating with product and operations teams to refine commute offerings, and addressing customer feedback in a timely and empathetic manner. The Executive will also support growth initiatives, performance tracking, and reporting to ensure that Pluto’s service remains predictable, transparent, and aligned with customer needs.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in mobility, logistics, or technology-led services.
