Role Description

The Founder's Office & Growth Internship is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The intern will work closely with the founders on strategic and operational initiatives, including market research, competitive analysis, and growth experiments across creator and brand segments.



Daily tasks may include preparing presentations, tracking key metrics, assisting in campaign planning, and coordinating with community, marketing, and product teams. The role involves supporting community-building activities, events, and partnerships, as well as documenting processes and insights to improve internal workflows. This position is designed for individuals who want exposure to high-growth startup environments and the creator economy while contributing directly to Biggbell’s expansion.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and research abilities, with capacity to synthesize data into actionable insights.
