Role Description The Head of Sales will lead and manage the sales function at Nextdeal, overseeing strategy, execution, and performance across the organization. This full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal involves developing and implementing sales plans, setting revenue targets, and monitoring key metrics to drive growth. The Head of Sales will manage and mentor the sales team, optimize sales processes,



and ensure effective account management and long-term client relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, negotiating key deals, collaborating with marketing and product teams, and representing Nextdeal in meetings with partners, clients, and stakeholders.
Qualifications
