Role Description The Cluster Head is a full-time, in office role based in Jaijaipur, responsible for overseeing multiple branches or business units within a defined geographic cluster. In this position, the Cluster Head leads and supports branch teams to achieve collection and business targets, maintain portfolio quality, and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines. Daily tasks include monitoring branch performance,



reviewing key metrics, conducting field visits, mentoring staff, and resolving operational or customer issues. The role involves coordinating with senior management on strategic initiatives, implementing process improvements, and ensuring consistent service standards across the cluster.
