Role Description This is a full-time remote role for Cold Callers at Brand Your Trend. Cold Callers will engage potential clients by phone, introduce the company’s digital marketing services, and qualify leads based on their business needs and interest levels.



Daily responsibilities include researching target markets, making outbound calls, following structured yet adaptable scripts, and recording accurate information in CRM or lead-tracking tools. The role involves scheduling follow-up calls or meetings for the sales or account management team, handling basic objections professionally, and maintaining consistent communication standards. Cold Callers will collaborate with colleagues to refine messaging, share insights from client conversations, and support ongoing campaign goals.
