Mandatory Requirements

- Master's Degree in Human Resources / MBA HR / MSW
- 2-4 years of HR Generalist experience
- Experience in Automobile Dealerships, Automotive Retail, or related Service Industries preferred
- Hands-on experience in Labor Laws and Statutory Compliance (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, etc.)
- Experience in Payroll Management, Attendance Management, and HR Operations
- Experience in Volume Hiring / Bulk Hiring and Frontline Workforce Recruitment
- Strong knowledge of Performance Management Systems (PMS) and Employee Training Programs

About The Role We are seeking a agile and result-oriented HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR functions across dealership operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong stakeholder management skills and a solid understanding of dealership workforce dynamics.

Key Responsibilities





- End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for dealership roles
- Employee onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits
- Attendance management, payroll coordination, and HR operations
- Employee engagement, welfare initiatives, and retention programs
- Performance management and appraisal coordination
- Training and development programs for dealership employees
- Labor law compliance and statutory documentation
- Employee relations, grievance handling, and HR reporting

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle Management
- Experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Knowledge of Labor Laws and Statutory Compliance
- Payroll and Attendance Management experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HRMS systems
