- Financial planning, reporting and analysis requirements across different business verticals/geographies for informed decision making.
- Monthly/Quarterly forecasts, Annual Budgeting, Long Range Planning and related analysis and commentaries
- Work closely with Commercial & Marketing team on product pricing and rebates for management of gross margins
- Variance analysis of Margins - Actual vs. Budget up to the lowest level in the product structure hierarchy




- Review of product costing and variance analysis from standard costing to identify variances
- Credit Policy & Receivables management in co-ordination with the Commercial team.
- Budgetary control of costs, cost analysis and optimization
- Strengthen reporting processes & decision support systems with respect to revenue, gross margin, opex, capex, recent product development spends
- Stakeholder and team management
- Streamline/automate Commercial Finance processes to ensure policy adherence and enhance operational efficiencies.
- Ensure Sox compliance and effective functioning of internal controls
- Preparing presentations/decks and providing first level commentaries
