Role Description The Offline Instructor will deliver in-person coding and logic sessions to school-age students at the Aurangabad center in a full-time, on-site role. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting engaging classes, explaining coding concepts in simple terms, and guiding students through exercises, projects, and real-world activities.



The instructor will assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods to different learning styles and levels. Additional tasks include preparing lesson plans and teaching materials, coordinating with the academic team on curriculum improvements, supporting scholarship tests and workshops, and maintaining a safe, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment. The role also involves interacting with parents or guardians when needed to share student progress and ensure a positive learning experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid foundational skills in programming concepts and logical problem-solving, with the ability to explain these clearly to young learners.
