Role Description The Sales Manager role at DSGROUPSOLAR is a full-time, on-site position based in Tinsukia. The Sales Manager will oversee the complete sales cycle for solar EPC projects, including prospecting, lead qualification, client meetings, solution presentations, and contract negotiation. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients,



identifying new business opportunities across target sectors, and collaborating with technical and project teams to develop accurate proposals and pricing. The Sales Manager will track sales performance, prepare reports and forecasts, and contribute to sales strategies that support revenue growth and market expansion. The position also requires staying informed about solar technologies, industry trends, and regulatory developments to effectively advise clients and strengthen DSGROUPSOLAR’s market presence.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in sales management, business development, and account relationship management within EPC or renewable energy sectors.
Experience in customer engagement, solution-based selling, and contract negotiation for technical or project-based services.
