Role Description The Article Assistant internship role at M K P S & Associates LLP is an on-site position based in Mumbai. The Article Assistant will support audit and assurance engagements,



assist in preparing and reviewing accounting records, and help with direct and indirect taxation work under supervision. Daily tasks include gathering and analyzing financial data, preparing working papers and reports, supporting compliance and documentation processes, and coordinating with senior team members on client assignments. The role also involves learning and applying relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal methodologies, while maintaining accurate records and upholding the firm’s ethical and qualified standards. Interns will gain hands-on exposure to multiple industries and service lines through structured training and on-the-job learning.
