Role Overview

The Strategic Engineering Manager in the Chairman's Office acts as a high-level bridge between technical operations and executive decision-making. In this role, you will work directly with the leadership team to evaluate complex engineering projects, oversee technical due diligence for new initiatives, and ensure that operational workflows align with the company's long-term strategic objectives. You will serve as a key advisor, translating technical data into actionable business insights that drive growth, efficiency, and competitive advantage across the organization's manufacturing footprint.

Key Responsibilities





- Lead technical due diligence for recent business opportunities and potential partnerships to ensure alignment with organizational capabilities and risk appetite.
- Evaluate large-scale engineering projects by analyzing technical feasibility, resource allocation, and projected ROI to support executive investment decisions.
- Drive operational excellence by identifying bottlenecks in manufacturing processes and implementing data-backed solutions to improve throughput and quality.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships, acting as the primary liaison between the Chairman's office and internal engineering, production, and finance teams.
- Synthesize complex technical data into concise reports and presentations to facilitate informed strategic planning at the board level.
- Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to provide recommendations on capacity expansion and infrastructure upgrades.

Required Skillset

(Only IIT Graduates can apply)

Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory): Full-time B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) with 4-6 years of relevant industry experience.
