We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead coordination and implementation initiatives across multiple projects in Delhi.

The ideal candidate will bring 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in scheduling, planning, and coordination, and will be adept at delivering presentations, developing business plans, and managing stakeholder relationships.

This role requires robust project, risk, and contract management skills to ensure successful execution of complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
- Plan and coordinate cross-functional activities to align with strategic objectives.
- Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations to senior stakeholders and project teams.
- Create and manage comprehensive business plans, including cost estimates and ROI analysis.
- Lead stakeholder management efforts, fostering collaboration and resolving conflicts.
- Oversee end-to-end project management, from initiation through closure.
- Identify,



assess, and mitigate project risks, implementing effective risk response plans.
- Negotiate, draft, and manage contracts with vendors, partners, and internal teams.

Requirements

- Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree.
- 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in coordination, implementation, and project management.
- Proven expertise in scheduling, planning, and coordination of complex projects.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively to senior leadership.
- Experience in developing and managing business plans and financial models.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management capabilities across multiple levels.
- Solid background in project management, risk management, and contract management.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
