Job Requirements

Objective of the role : The purpose of this role is to provide the tactical inputs in asset acquisition to achieve profitability in the organization

Department : Business Development

Location : Mumbai

Qualification Required : Graduation

Roles & Responsibilities:

· To interact with channel partners/ brokers/ PMC for leads for land/ redevelopment of society

· To carry out site visits, market study and prepare site report

· To compile and collate property details like property card, development plan remarks etc. including basic title due diligence (Technical and Legal Due Diligence)

· To provide inputs to prepare financial feasibility

· To facilitate and coordinate for tender submission, attend pre bid meetings and ensure regular follow ups

· To prepare MIS of properties under evaluation and maintain documentation on a regular basis

· To give inputs for financial feasibility after interacting with other departments and external market

Work Experience





Experience Required : 2 – 5 years of relevant experience
