About the Role

Lamipak is looking for high-potential graduates to join our Management Trainee Program, working closely with the Vice Chairman Office and Sales &

- Marketing leadership team. The program begins with exposure to strategic planning and business analysis at the executive level, then transitions into frontline sales cluster rotations, where trainees take on account management responsibilities and contribute directly to revenue growth.

This is a unique chance to relocate and build an international career in China. Lamipak provides full visa sponsorship and relocation support for selected candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Projects

Support the Sales &

- Marketing VP in strategic planning and execution of key initiatives

Conduct business analysis, performance tracking, and prepare executive-level presentations

Participate in high-level customer engagements and internal decision-making discussions

Sales &

- Commercial Execution

Contribute to achieving sales targets during cluster rotations

Support account development, opportunity pipeline management, and deal execution

Engage directly with customers to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions

Market &





- Insight Generation

Analyze market trends, customer dynamics, and competitor activity

Identify growth opportunities and provide actionable recommendations

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, and Finance teams

Support integrated go-to-market strategies and solution delivery

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Commercial, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field

Graduate of a top-100 QS World University, or a leading Indian institute (e.g., IIT)

2–5 years of relevant working experience

Fluent in English, with a global mindset and the ability to work in a multicultural environment

Relocation
