Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven AM/DM – Supply to manage rider supply operations at the cluster level. The role involves ownership of hiring, onboarding, retention, and performance management of the rider workforce to ensure seamless last-mile operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Rider Hiring & Onboarding

- Drive end-to-end rider hiring for the assigned cluster

- Ensure adequate supply availability based on demand projections

- Oversee onboarding, documentation, and training of riders

- Ensure adherence to operational processes and compliance standards

2. Rider Retention & Engagement

- Design and implement strategies to improve rider retention

- Reduce attrition through proactive engagement initiatives





- Address rider grievances and concerns in a timely manner

- Build a positive and inclusive work environment focused on safety and morale

3. Performance & FOD Management

- Monitor rider productivity, attendance, and SLA adherence

- Track and improve First Order Delivery (FOD) metrics

- Set performance benchmarks and drive continuous improvement

- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions

4. Cluster Operations Management

- Lead and manage a team of field executives/recruiters

- Plan rider allocation, shift scheduling, and deployment strategies

- Ensure optimal manpower utilization across hubs

- Collaborate with city and central teams to achieve business targets

Key Skills & Competencies

- Strong understanding of blue-collar / gig workforce management

- Hands-on experience in high-volume hiring & onboarding

- Data-driven approach to performance management and operations

- Robust problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments

Preferred Background

- Experience in logistics, mobility, e-commerce, or gig platforms

- Prior exposure to last-mile operations / rider management

- Experience managing field teams and ground operations
