We’re looking for an experienced LinkedIn marketing/outreach specialist to manage and grow multiple LinkedIn profiles for a B2B client.

Scope of Work

- Manage 3–5 LinkedIn profiles
- Optimize profiles for positioning, credibility, and lead generation
- Conduct prospect research and ICP targeting
- Build and maintain targeted prospect lists
- Develop LinkedIn outreach strategy and campaigns
- Write personalized connection requests and outreach messages
- Create and manage organic LinkedIn content/posts
- Engage with relevant prospects, posts, and communities
- Monitor incoming replies and handle initial conversations
- Track outreach performance, engagement, and lead generation
- Provide regular performance reports and recommendations
- Continuously test and improve messaging, targeting, and campaign strategy

Ideal Candidate
- 2+ years of hands-on LinkedIn marketing/outreach experience
- Solid understanding of B2B lead generation
- Experience managing multiple executive/founder profiles
- Strong copywriting and personalization skills
- Comfortable with prospecting and researching decision-makers




- Experience with tools such as Apollo, Sales Navigator, LinkedIn, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Understands LinkedIn best practices and can execute outreach without making profiles look automated or spammy
- Strong communication, organization, and reporting skills

EngagementPart-time / Ongoing

Initial focus will be on building the strategy, optimizing profiles, establishing the outreach system, and launching campaigns. Successful performance can lead to a long-term engagement.
