Role Description This is a full-time Licensed LIFE Insurance Agent role based in Patna with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The Licensed LIFE Insurance Agent will identify prospective clients, conduct needs-based financial assessments, and recommend suitable life insurance products such as term, savings, child education, and retirement plans. The role involves explaining policy features, benefits, and terms clearly, assisting customers with application forms, documentation, and underwriting requirements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.

Daily responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, following up on leads,



maintaining relationships with existing policyholders, and providing ongoing service for renewals, claims support, and policy changes. The agent will collaborate with internal teams, participate in training and product updates, and work toward achieving individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in life insurance or related financial products.
- Candidates should possess skills in Insurance Brokerage and Finance, enabling them to offer appropriate product recommendations aligned with customers’ financial goals and risk profiles.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, including the ability to build trust, handle queries professionally, and support customers throughout the policy lifecycle.
- Relevant certifications or licenses to sell life insurance as per regulatory requirements; prior experience in the life insurance or broader financial services sector is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in local languages and English, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid workplace based in Patna.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, basic computer literacy (CRM tools, MS Office), and willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Minimum educational qualification of a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in insurance sales.
