Key Responsibilities

Primary Skills (Must Have)

- Process Industrialization:
- Assist in creating and updating work instructions, control plans, and routings for production.
- Support the implementation of current manufacturing processes.
- Technical Documentation:
- Write and maintain technical documentation (e.g., routings, progress reports).
- Ensure documentation complies with company and industry standards.
- Software Utilization:
- Use SAP, PLM, and Catia V5 for product data management, 3D modelling, and process planning.
- Process Optimization:
- Analyse existing processes and propose cost/quality improvements.
- Adapt processes for offshore manufacturing contexts.
- Quality Assurance:
- Identify non-conformities and assist in implementing corrective actions.
- Support audits and compliance checks.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work with local teams and international stakeholders (e.g.,



front-office teams in France).
- Share best practices and troubleshoot process issues.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Participate in Kaizen, 5S, or Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
- Contribute to waste reduction and efficiency projects.
- Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, SAP, PLM, and Catia V5.
- Experience with technical writing (work instructions, reports).
- Professional Skills:
- Ability to analyze processes and propose improvements.
- Problem-solving skills for non-conformity resolution.
- Soft Skills:
- Rigor, organization, and teamwork in multicultural environments.
- Autonomy and responsiveness in dynamic settings.
- Languages: Proficiency in English; French or local languages are a plus.
