Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Learning Consultant to guide prospective learners in choosing the right educational programs aligned with their career aspirations. The role requires a consultative approach to counseling, relationship management, and enrollment conversion.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with prospective learners and understand their career goals.

Recommend suitable degree, certification, and executive education programs.

Manage the complete admissions and enrollment lifecycle.

Conduct consultative counseling sessions and needs assessments.

Handle objections and support decision-making throughout the enrollment journey.





Maintain learner data and interactions through CRM platforms.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects.

Achieve enrollment and revenue targets.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Robust consultative selling and counseling abilities.

Proven objection-handling and negotiation skills.

CRM knowledge and pipeline management experience.

Strong conversion and relationship-building capabilities.

Preferred Experience

2-6 years of experience in EdTech, Admissions, Education Sales, Learning Consulting, or Inside Sales.

Experience in learner counseling and high-value consultative sales environments.

Track record of achieving enrollment or sales targets.
