Description :

Role Overview :

- We are looking for a Lead Product Designer (UI/UX) to craft intuitive, scalable, and high-conversion user experiences for a fast-growing B2C mobile platform.
- This role requires strong product thinking, user empathy, and data-driven design. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Analytics teams to create seamless user journeys that improve activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.
- You will play a key role in simplifying complex workflows into elegant, user-friendly mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

Product & User Experience Design :

- Own the end-to-end design lifecycle from discovery and user flows to high-fidelity UI and developer handoff.
- Translate product requirements and business goals into intuitive and scalable user experiences.
- Design straightforward and seamless B2C mobile app journeys across multiple features.
- Create wireframes, prototypes,



and pixel-perfect UI for mobile platforms.
- Solve complex problems through clear information architecture and interaction design.

Conversion & Growth-Focused Design :

Design with a strong focus on :

- User activation
- Engagement
- Retention
- Monetization
- Optimize key product funnels using UX improvements and experimentation.
- Work with product and analytics teams to iterate based on data and user behavior.
- Contribute to A/B testing and hypothesis-driven design decisions.

Design System & Scalability :

- Build, maintain, and evolve a scalable mobile design system.
- Ensure consistency across screens, components, and interaction patterns.
- Create reusable components and design documentation for faster product development.
