Job Role: Senior Data Scientist

Experience: 5 Years

Location: Pune

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to solve business problems using data, statistics, and machine learning. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience with Python, SQL, Machine Learning, Statistics, and Experimentation, along with the ability to turn data into meaningful business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Work with business and product teams to understand problems and define measurable goals.
- Build and validate machine learning models for forecasting, classification, recommendations, or NLP.
- Design and analyze A/B tests and experiments to measure business impact.
- Apply statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to support data-driven decisions.
- Develop data pipelines and perform data preparation and feature engineering.
- Work with Data Engineers and ML Engineers to move models into production.




- Monitor model performance, data quality, and analytical results.
- Present insights and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.
- Review technical work and mentor junior Data Scientists.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5 years of experience in Data Science / Applied Data Science.
- Strong hands-on experience with Python and SQL.
- Strong understanding of Statistics, Probability, and Hypothesis Testing.
- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and model development.
- Experience with A/B Testing, Experimentation, or Causal Inference.
- Experience working with Data Pipelines and ETL.
- Understanding of production ML and model monitoring.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
