About this Role
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead AI Solutions Consultant to accelerate the adoption and delivery of AI-enabled business solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and other low-code/no-code AI platforms.
In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and AI leaders to identify opportunities where Generative AI can improve productivity, automate tasks, simplify workflows, and enhance user experiences. You will design, test, and optimize prompts, build AI-powered solutions and prototypes, and help establish reusable patterns and best practices for AI adoption across the organization.
Initially, the role will focus on prompt engineering, Copilot solution development, experimentation, and rapid prototyping. Over time, the role may expand into broader AI solution design and delivery responsibilities.
In this role, you will.
- Lead the design and development of AI-enabled business solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot and related AI platforms.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases and translate business needs into AI-assisted workflows.
- Design, test, evaluate, and optimize prompts to improve response quality, accuracy, and user experience.
- Develop reusable prompt libraries, templates, and best practices aligned to business capabilities and user journeys.
- Build rapid prototypes and proof-of-concepts using low-code/no-code AI development tools.
- Support implementation of AI assistants, copilots, knowledge retrieval experiences, and workflow automation solutions.
- Perform AI solution testing, validation, and quality reviews to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
- Document findings, recommendations, and implementation approaches.
- Support AI enablement efforts by demonstrating solutions, training users, and promoting adoption of AI capabilities.
- Collaborate with architects, data partners, technology teams, and business stakeholders to drive successful AI outcomes.
Required Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, Business Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
- 5+ years of experience delivering technology, automation, analytics, digital transformation, AI, or software solutions.
- Hands-on experience using Generative AI platforms such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, Gemini, or similar technologies.
- Experience designing, testing, and refining prompts for business use cases.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders to define requirements and translate business needs into technology solutions.
- Experience building prototypes, proofs-of-concept, or automation solutions using low-code/no-code platforms.
- Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI concepts, and responsible AI practices.
- Ability to define AI evaluation criteria and assess solution quality and effectiveness.
- Strong communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and consulting skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate is a business-focused AI practitioner who can bridge the gap between business needs and AI capabilities. This person is equally comfortable working with stakeholders to define use cases, designing effective prompts, evaluating AI responses, and rapidly prototyping solutions using Copilot and low-code platforms.
Success in this role requires curiosity, experimentation, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping users unlock value from Generative AI technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Experience configuring AI agents, actions, connectors, and enterprise knowledge sources.
- Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
- Understanding of semantic search, vector search, and embeddings.
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Experience with Agentic AI concepts and multi-agent architectures.
- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks.
- Knowledge of enterprise content management, knowledge bases, and document retrieval solutions.
- Experience working within highly regulated industries such as financial services.
