Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Landscape Architect based in Hyderabad with Urbanrise.

The Landscape

Architect will plan, design, and oversee landscape layouts for residential and mixed-use developments, ensuring alignment with project objectives, budgets, and timelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing concept and detailed drawings, developing planting plans, coordinating with architects, engineers, and project managers, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and sustainability standards. The role involves visiting sites to assess conditions, supervise landscape implementation,



and collaborate with vendors and contractors to maintain quality and design integrity.

The Landscape

Architect will also contribute to design presentations and support the documentation needed for approvals and client communication.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Landscape Architecture and Landscape Design.
- Candidates should possess skills in Landscape Planning and Landscaping for residential and urban projects.
- Candidates should possess experience in developing detailed Planting Plans and selecting appropriate plant species.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic knowledge of BIM tools is beneficial.
- Understanding of sustainable landscape practices, irrigation systems, and local environmental regulations is preferred.
- Solid visualization, presentation, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and aesthetic quality.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Landscape Architecture or a closely related field; prior experience in real estate or large-scale residential projects is an advantage.
