Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining the company’s gardens, lawns, plants, trees, and outdoor areas in a clean, healthy, and attractive condition. The Landscaper will carry out regular gardening, watering, trimming, planting, and general outdoor maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain lawns, gardens, plants, trees, and landscaped areas.

- Water plants, lawns, and trees as required.

- Plant new trees, flowers, shrubs, and other plants.

- Trim, prune, and shape plants, bushes, and trees.

- Remove weeds, dry leaves, unwanted plants, and garden waste.

- Use gardening tools and equipment safely and correctly.

- Apply manure, fertilizers, and other approved materials as instructed.

- Maintain cleanliness of garden pathways and outdoor areas.

- Monitor plants for pests, diseases, and damage and report issues to the supervisor.

- Carry out regular grass cutting and lawn maintenance.

- Maintain flower beds and other landscaped areas.

- Support seasonal planting and landscaping activities.

- Keep gardening tools and equipment clean and in valuable condition.

- Follow company safety, housekeeping,



and environmental procedures.

- Perform other landscaping and outdoor maintenance duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Basic knowledge of gardening and landscaping.

- Ability to identify common plants, weeds, and garden maintenance requirements.

- Ability to operate basic gardening tools and equipment.

- Physically fit and able to work outdoors for extended periods.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Performance Areas (KPI)

- Cleanliness and appearance of landscaped areas.

- Proper maintenance and health of plants and lawns.

- Timely completion of gardening activities.

- Proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.

- Compliance with safety and housekeeping standards.

- Reduction of plant damage, pest issues, and unnecessary water usage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
