Description

As part of a new project supported by our Bangalore team, this role will provide L3 engineering support for endpoint, device lifecycle and colleague computing services, supporting both operational resolution and service improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Support Intune-first device management and SCCM transition / sunset activity.
- Support Autopilot readiness, zero-touch provisioning and endpoint build standards.
- Provide technical escalation for complex device, endpoint, MDM and lifecycle issues.
- Support device lifecycle processes from procurement through provisioning, support, return and decommission.
- Contribute to CMDB and asset data accuracy for CE-managed devices.
- Support endpoint compliance, policy enforcement and security baseline activity where in scope.
- Assist with endpoint agent rationalisation to improve device performance.
- Support L2 Technicians and Tech Bar teams with complex device and endpoint issues.
- Identify opportunities for knowledge, standardisation, automation and shift-left.

Key Requirements

- Intune,



SCCM/MECM, Autopilot, Windows endpoint management and MDM.
- Device lifecycle, asset/CMDB and endpoint support processes.
- Endpoint troubleshooting and performance analysis.
- Understanding of security baselines, controlled change and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work with L1, L2, Tech Bar and platform teams.
- Undergraduate degree / Postgraduate or equivalent experience
- Access to Intune, SCCM/MECM, Autopilot, MDM, CMDB, asset data, endpoint standards, security policies, device lifecycle process and RLG architecture/security decisions.
