Position: Kindergarten Faculty

We are looking for passionate, energetic, creative, and compassionate Kindergarten Faculty who genuinely enjoy working with young children and understand the importance of the formative years.

The ideal candidate will be able to transform the classroom into an engaging learning space where children feel safe, valued, curious, confident, and excited to learn.

The role requires a teacher who can combine strong foundational teaching with creativity, storytelling, play-based learning, activities, and effective classroom management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Early Years Teaching & Learning

- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate and activity-based learning experiences.
- Build strong foundations in language, early numeracy, general awareness, communication, and motor skills.
- Use stories, games, demonstrations, activities, music, movement, and hands-on experiences to make learning meaningful.
- Encourage curiosity, questioning, exploration, and independent thinking.

2. Creative & Performing Arts

- Conduct age-appropriate drawing, colouring, painting, craft, music, dance, storytelling, role-play, and creative activities.
- Encourage imagination, self-expression, confidence, and creativity.
- Prepare students for school celebrations, presentations, exhibitions, performances, and other events.

3. Physical Development & Play

- Organise engaging indoor and outdoor games and physical activities.
- Develop children's coordination,



balance, gross and fine motor skills.
- Encourage teamwork, participation, discipline, and healthy physical habits.
- Ensure that all activities are conducted in a safe and well-supervised environment.

4. Classroom Management & Child Development

- Create a warm, positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Establish age-appropriate routines and discipline through positive and respectful approaches.
- Ensure the safety, hygiene, comfort, and emotional well-being of every child.
- Observe individual children and identify their strengths, interests, learning needs, and areas requiring additional support.

5. Student Engagement

- Encourage every child to participate actively and develop confidence.
- Create opportunities for children to communicate, collaborate, explore and express themselves.
- Support the development of independence, social skills, emotional maturity, and positive classroom behaviour.

6. Parent Communication

- Maintain professional and constructive communication with parents regarding student progress and development.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and other parent interactions.
- Handle all parent communication with sensitivity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

7. Collaboration & School Responsibilities

- Work closely with coordinators and fellow faculty members to plan and implement effective learning experiences.
- Participate actively in school events, celebrations, workshops, exhibitions, field trips, and other co-curricular programmes.
- Maintain lesson plans, student observations, records, and other academic documentation as required.
- Follow all school policies, academic procedures,



child-safety protocols, and professional standards.

Candidate Profile We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Fine Arts, Psychology, Physical Education, or a related field.
- Prior experience in Kindergarten, Preschool, Nursery, or Early Years education will be preferred.
- A genuine passion for working with young children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and the ability to deliver engaging activity-based learning.
- Patience, empathy, warmth, and a positive attitude.
- Strong classroom management and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a professional academic team.
- High standards of professional conduct and a strong commitment to student safety and well-being.
