Role Description The Inside Sales – Unit Lead role is a full-time,



in office position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role involves leading an inside sales unit, driving lead generation and conversion, and meeting sales targets for NoBrokerHood’s community management solutions. The Unit Lead will oversee daily sales operations, allocate and monitor workloads, guide team members, and ensure high-quality customer interactions across calls, emails, and digital channels. Responsibilities include tracking performance metrics, optimizing sales processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams (such as marketing and operations), and providing timely reporting and insights to management. The role also requires maintaining strong customer satisfaction levels by resolving queries, managing escalations, and ensuring a consistent, service-oriented approach in all interactions.
