Role Description The Location Head is responsible for overseeing branch operations and business performance for the Bengaluru location in a full-time, on-site capacity. This role includes managing and mentoring branch teams, driving customer acquisition and retention, and ensuring high standards of service delivery. The Location Head will monitor operational efficiency,



compliance with regulatory and internal policies, and achievement of sales and revenue targets. Daily responsibilities include reviewing branch performance metrics, resolving escalated customer issues, coordinating local marketing and outreach initiatives, and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and community stakeholders. The role also requires close collaboration with regional and corporate teams to implement strategic initiatives and maintain alignment with the bank’s values of fairness, transparency, and community impact.
Qualifications
Proven experience in branch or location management within banking or financial services, with solid skills in team leadership, performance management, and stakeholder engagement.
Solid knowledge of retail banking products, small finance banking operations, risk management, and regulatory compliance relevant to the Indian banking sector.
