Role Description The Sales Manager role at Stefurn is a full-time, on-site position based in Kozhikode. The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, manage and mentor sales team members, and ensure targets are met across commercial and residential product lines. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key customers and dealers, and conducting regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.



The role also involves coordinating with design and production teams to align customer requirements with product offerings, preparing sales reports and forecasts, and ensuring high standards of customer service and post-sales support.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in sales management, including setting targets, monitoring performance, and leading a sales team.
