About Atraski
Atraski is a full-service digital marketing agency operating as At Buzz, with offices in Delhi and Kolkata and in-house production and events arms (Atraski Studios, Atraski Events). We run close to 40 client accounts across D2C, F&B;, fashion, real estate, and EdTech, and we're mid-way through a deliberate restructuring to build a leaner, more profitable agency without losing the founder-led judgment that got us here.

The Opportunity
Every new client relationship starts with a pitch, and every existing one runs on a strategy that has to keep making sense as the brand and the business evolve. This role sits at that intersection: turning research and scattered inputs into pitch decks that win business, and helping think through both the organisation's own strategy and individual clients' brand strategy as it's actually applied on accounts.





What You'll Do
Build pitch decks for new business, translating category research, client briefs, and account learnings into a explicit, persuasive PowerPoint narrative.
Support organisational strategy work for Atraski itself, helping structure and present thinking on org design, positioning, and growth as it evolves.
Work on brand strategy for client accounts, positioning, messaging pillars, and campaign strategy that account teams can execute against.
Turn founder- and account-lead-level thinking into polished, presentation-ready decks on tight timelines.
Research categories, competitors, and market context to sharpen both pitch narratives and client brand strategy.
Maintain a reusable library of deck frameworks, slide templates, and strategy one-pagers so future pitches move faster.
