About the Role
XCT Solutions is seeking an experienced Cyber Security Sales Specialist to drive enterprise cybersecurity sales by identifying new business opportunities, managing strategic customer relationships, and delivering end-to-end security solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong consultative selling skills, a proven track record in enterprise sales, and a solid understanding of the cybersecurity landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Drive current business development and manage enterprise accounts.
Engage with CIOs, CISOs, IT Heads, and CXOs to understand business and security requirements.
Sell end-to-end cybersecurity solutions, including:
Network Security (NGFW, SASE, SD-WAN, NAC, WAF)
Endpoint Security (EDR, XDR, MDR)
Identity & Access Management (IAM, PAM, MFA)
Cloud Security (CASB, CSPM, CWPP)
Data Security (DLP, Encryption)
SIEM, SOAR, SOC & Managed Security Services
Vulnerability Management, Compliance & GRC
Email Security, Application Security,



OT/IoT Security
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from lead generation to closure.
Conduct customer presentations, solution demonstrations, and commercial discussions.
Collaborate with OEMs, pre-sales, and technical teams to design and propose appropriate solutions.
Prepare proposals, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and negotiate commercial terms.
Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
Required Skills & Experience
6–8 years of experience in Enterprise Cybersecurity Sales.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, network threats, and enterprise security architecture.
Experience selling solutions from leading OEMs such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, Sophos, Cisco, Microsoft, CrowdStrike, Check Point, Trend Micro, Barracuda, Zscaler, Netskope, IBM Security, or similar.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
