Role Description The Business Development Specialist (0–2 years) is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role involves identifying and nurturing leads with schools and educational institutions,



presenting School Cinema and SCIFF offerings, and supporting the end-to-end sales cycle. The specialist will conduct outreach through calls, emails, and meetings, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and coordinate demos or presentations for stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, tracking opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to tailor proposals, and providing post-engagement support to ensure a positive partner experience. The role requires consistent follow-up, relationship-building with key decision-makers, and contributing to growth strategies in the assigned region.
