About the Role
We are looking for a Retail Store Manager who will be responsible for the complete day-to-day management of the store, including sales, customer experience, team management, inventory, visual merchandising, cash handling, and store operations.
The ideal candidate should be sales-driven, disciplined, customer-focused, and capable of managing a retail team independently.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Revenue Management
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly store sales targets.
Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
Drive upselling, cross-selling, and repeat customer purchases.
Track KPIs such as sales per day, average order value, conversion rate, and footfall.
Prepare and share daily and monthly sales reports.
2. Team Management
Manage, train, motivate,



and monitor the retail store team.
Allocate daily responsibilities and sales targets to team members.
Monitor attendance, punctuality, grooming, and discipline.
Conduct regular team briefings and performance reviews.
Ensure employees follow company policies and SOPs.
Handle team conflicts and performance-related issues professionally.
3. Customer Experience
Ensure an excellent customer experience at every stage of the purchase.
Handle customer complaints, exchanges, and escalations.
Ensure staff provides proper product knowledge and size/fitting assistance.
Build strong relationships with regular and high-value customers.
Maintain a professional and welcoming store environment.
4. Inventory Management
Monitor daily stock availability and product movement.
Ensure proper receiving, counting, tagging, storage, and display of merchandise.
Conduct regular stock checks and support physical stock audits.
