To independently lead and deliver assigned CAPEX, brownfield, debottlenecking, reliability improvement, technology upgrade, infrastructure, and sustaining projects within the allocated discipline package. The role is accountable for managing the complete project lifecycle from conceptualization through commissioning while ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are achieved.

on Lead end-to-end execution of assigned discipline-specific project package s. Develop project execution plans, schedules, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategie s. Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover activitie s. Track project milestones and ensure timely completion within approved timeline s.
Engineering & Technical Managem
ent Review engineering deliverables, technical specifications, drawings, layouts, and design chang es. Ensure compliance with plant standards, statutory requirements, and engineering best practic es. Support technical evaluations and selection of equipment, systems,



and contracto rs. Drive value engineering, productivity improvements, and cost optimization initiativ es.
Contract & Vendor Manage
ment Manage EPC, EPMC, PMC consultants, OEMs, contractors, and service provid ers. Evaluate contractor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligati ons. Verify progress, certification, and completion of assigned work packa ges. Resolve technical and execution issues impacting project deliv ery.
CAPEX & Cost Co
ntrol Monitor approved CAPEX budgets and expendi ture. Review project estimates, BOQs, variation orders, and change requ ests. Ensure optimum utilization of resources and project f unds. Drive cost control without compromising safety and quality requirem ents.
Construction & Commissioning Mana
