Role Description This is a full time, on-site Front Desk Staff position based in Karjat. The role involves greeting and assisting visitors, students, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and professional reception area. Daily tasks include answering phone calls, directing inquiries, managing appointment schedules, and maintaining visitor logs.



The Front Desk Staff will handle routine administrative duties such as managing incoming and outgoing mail, supporting basic documentation, and coordinating with different departments for smooth front-office operations. The role also requires providing clear information about university services, maintaining confidentiality, and upholding the institution’s standards of service and professionalism.
